Have the ability to lead and direct around 20 employees per shift as well as answer customer questions and address complaints. Ensure the staff provides the company standards of customer service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsible for closing out servers/bartenders at the end of their shift. Flexible hours preferred.
